Thimbleberries weren't quite ripe for us but the blueberries were all over in the open areas and were great in the pancakes!

Got home Saturday from our trip. Had a great time. Beautiful weather. We had two groups of 6. We were on the east half Sunday to Thursday and there were no black flies. Mosquito's weren't bad except some low lying areas around Lane Cove. Even then they weren't to the point of putting on a head net. Have fun!

FYI. The Rangers are wise to breaking up your large group into two smaller individual parties of six or less. They will make sure you have two completely independent itineraries such that you are not in the same campground on the same night. Refer to this old thread… http://isleroyaleforums.com/vie...
