I have an eight day trip for three planned in June and would like to pack a small 600-800 cubic inch cooler with brine, dry ice and some frozen food that I will last three or four days, do you have any suggestions or recommendations. I was going to pack shredded beef, chicken and some fish.

Any suggestions for dehydrating chicken and beef for our June 10th trip, how long does it take for cubed and shredded and what temperature did you dehydrate at?
