Grace Creek or Not Grace Creek?

Post by Rafiki »

At the 3 minute point of the video, is it safe to say that is the Air Royale Plane going over where Grace Creek empties into Lake Superior? When I make it to Grace Island one day, is Grace Creek anything worth checking out or is it too narrow and shallow? Thanks.

I really enjoyed my time spent there. It was my first trip to the island, Mike had Pneumonia and I got blisters, so we backcountry camped not far from there (shhhh). It was very peaceful. I would post a picture but fear Mike will kill me if I post the one that comes to mind. Actually, I think he put that one in our journals.

Great video. It almost makes me sad that I gave up my private pilot lic almost 35 years ago. Flying was fast but now when sailing 5mph is flying. Flying is nice but did you notice how the details started to all run together as the pilot picked up speed. Nothing beats boots on the ground. Richard aka almost as long winded as  Tim :D

Almost but not quite. You have to write a 15 page trip report to be on my level
