Rock Harbor Lodge early season

We're booked to stay at the housekeeping cabins May 26-28. Haven't been able to contact anyone there in weeks to confirm my reservation. Any word on what's going on there? The NPS said they were having some phone service issues at the lodge.

That's nerve-wracking! They told me earlier this spring that the lodge opens June 5. I guess the housekeeping cabins gear up earlier? Anyway, here is the contact information that came with my reservation (which leaves it pretty ambiguous how to contact the outfit in May):
