Wenonah - YAY!

Questions about how to get to the island and where to stay near points of departure.

Wenonah - YAY!

Post by Tom »

Capt Don had this in another post, but I figured it deserved it's own thread:
The Wenonah will be running to and from Windigo this year, so that could possibly help in your plans. We are still working on the schedule with the park, but it will be running 5 days a week, not sure which ones yet.
Just have to say, YAY! It's just great to have the option to get to and from the Isle on a nearly daily basis. This also must mean that the water levels are coming back up, if ever so slowly...

This is definitely worth it's own thread, since this will really help people with their 2009 trip plans.

And I'd like to be the second to say "YAY" to this news as well!

Hey John,
Late June is the proposed start, we are waiting for the schedules. Should have them by next week and we can start taking reservations.
