Collaring wolves Spring 2012

Post by johnhens »

The biologists are going to try to collar wolves this Spring. They tried last year, but were unsuccessful.

Rumor has it that if they're successful, the Invisible Fence guys will be installing in June.

That should keep any wolves from sneaking off the island!

Looks like they re-collared a wolf and put a new collar on a previously uncollared wolf. This should help next winter.

I can confirm per John and Candy they re-collared a wolf and put a new collar on a previously uncollared wolf.
