Tom, that link appears broken. Not sure if it is the same as this AP article or not. As is typical of most articles like these in the popular press it has a few issues, but gets the basic point across.

More education is need to enlighten the general public. Comments from the two readers that responded, reveal such. :?
The article itself, also seems to indicate, the writer isn't very well versed in the matter, either. :?:
