I suggested no change, I do however support the following:

- reduce seaplane noise pollution significantly
- add 120v USB courtesy charging to Rock Harbor
- add 5g repeaters to east/west ends

Comment period closes on 9/26.

I also suggested no change, but the treatment for historical properties in Option B would be worthy of focus.

I personally don't like the idea of a reservation system and possible guided wilderness tours in B either.

For anyone who wants an overview, rather than reading the complete docs - https://parkplanning.nps.gov/showFile.c ... fid=666627

I said no change also. I cross country camp. I just pick zones to camp in. On a 28 day trip kayaking around the island I will only spend a couple nights a campsites. I do not know how zones fit in there reservation system. Also on a couple of trips I have move my ferry date back to stay on the island longer, do not know how that would work in the reservation system.
On page 56 under cross country camping it says "campers cannot be visible from the water" . I hope it is a typo.
Winter camping might be fun. Just have to get the ice to freeze up. Load up the pulk and head over from grand portage. Should be able to get across in 2 days. Used to do 7 day trips in pictured rocks
