Just returning from IR trip (6/7 to 6/11). Bugs virtually nonexistent between Rock Harbor - 3 Mile - Daisy Farm - Moskey Basin - Lake Ritchie. However, mosquitoes were starting to come out in force in some sections between Lake Ritchie - Chippewa Harbor.

Great suggestion with heading to Daisy the first day. My initial concern was that the Ranger III doesn't arrive until late on Tuesday so I will be getting quite a late start. But the days are long! I think that is what I'll aim for . . . Thanks.
