We did the Feldtmann loop a couple years ago and really enjoyed it. Siskiwit Bay is a fantastic campsite right on the bay. Rainbow Cove near Feldtmann Lake is a great place to have dinner and watch the sunset. The fire tower on the ridge is also a highlight- good lunch spot. Enjoy!

I'm going to jump on this thread too. I see the national park recommends a purifier like bleach in addition to a filter. How many of you actually do that? I have a Sawyer Squeeze which has always been sufficient when viruses aren't a concern.

I think that's a nice itinerary --- the option for little Minong, a little Greenstone, plus some trails that cross the island's corduroy. Very subjectively, your hardest days are at the start. But you're unlikely to run short of daylight: if your troops are troopers, you should be fine.
