Either:
1) Not enough people have asked for it,
2) There is some regulation preventing it or
3) They just don't care.

Re: Why you should use liquid fuel

There are a couple things they made no mention of: 1) No mention of long distant hiking tests. 2) You "can" recycle the used up canisters.(OOPS!- They did mention recycle MSR canister) 3) How many people have suffered accidental burns, due to spilled fuel from a canister?(Possibly some one has, may...

Re: Newbie; Staying with family

We stayed one night in one of the cabins at Rock Harbor. I recall a pretty full setup as a modern efficiency apartment. There was a double bed, full bath & kitchenette. There was a kind of small alcove with bunk beds for two. I think there was some minimal utensils, cups, plates, silver, pots & pans...

Re: Novice Backpacker in search of a Solid Meal Plan:-)

The first thing you need to do is decide is if you want to cook or just boil water. Many backpackers just boil water and pour it over prepackaged instant food. Others like to put on their chef hats and chop onions, mix ingredients, add spices and cook their dinners, at least partially, from scratch....

Re: GPS for Microsoft Phone
