I would say 20 degree should be fine. All three of my trips were in late August/early Sept; a 15 degree seemed too warm at times on one trip, 30 degree on the other two was just fine. As I recall, SGT Rock did comparison reviews, and posted it on his site, http://hikinghq.net/stoves/stove_compare.html.

He compared many different types. It may interest a few here.

I have used the MSR missing link without disappointments, but, shaving a full pound off the weight, I switched to the Flylite.
