Nice read. Still want to see Westcott perform live some time. He's a musician too ;)

I know first hand, Wescott gives excellent presentations. My last night on the isle last year he talked for 90 minutes or more and had everyone sitting still with rapt attention. I want to check out for myself, the personality-based-on-color of gardner snakes he talked about last year :lol:

Never heard the presentation but a couple years ago I saw a large snake ball at McCargoe Cove with several very brightly very differently colored garter snakes. Pretty cool as the coloration markings were very distinctive.
