Just got back today (6/9). Interesting situation. North of the Greenstone, the bugs were bad. South of the Greenstone, not so bad. Had heavy raisn lasts week, the mosquitoes should be out in force and the black flies were coming out. At Malone, along the lake, no bugs. Siskiwit Lake, no breeze the bugs were bad on shore.

Thanks all...I was there last year the first week of July...no bugs at all. Just a few on Tobin Harbor trail on our last segment.

Guess one really never knows as so much depends on local moisture, temps, and winds.

As they say....Be Prepared!
