Ironic that you ask that.
In the latest entry of Winter Study, they came across a pack of 6 wolves. It is thought that at least 2 are pups, possibly 3.
Anything else I can help you with :D

Most excellent news! Sounds like there are at least 10 wolves by my recollection then.
West Pack = 6
Isabelle = 1
Chippewa Harbor Pack = 3

Sound correct all?

How's about one of those fancy maps they've had in years past. You know the ones that show where the wolves have been seen and traveling and their kill sites. Color coded for the different groups.

Well you did ask, right. ; )

I had not thought about the movement maps that had been put up in the past. Thanks for mentioning that!!!

From the Winter Study researchers: "Sincere apologies to readers who closely follow the day-to-day activities of the Isle Royale wolves during Winter Study! John is truly swamped - underwater with work - and cannot continue to post new entries at this time. We will email our list as soon as he is able to make another post, but it may not be until the end of February. We do not make this announcement lightly and apologize for the delay. Your interest and support is greatly appreciated!"
