The NWS Marquette office put together a great information piece on the November 10, 1975 loss of the Edmund Fitzgerald.

Thank you for posting this John! It was very interesting to read. The sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald and the passing of 29 souls aboard the ship was a truly tragic loss and very sad. I was 11 years old when I first heard Gordon Lightfoot's song about the Edmund Fitzgerald and I have been interested ever since then.
