[Q] Staying logged in on Google Chrome
I've been noticing a lot of problems with Google Chrome and the forums recently. Mostly, I can't stay logged in (I close the browser and have to log back in every time). I don't see the problem in Internet Explorer.
Is anyone else having this problem in Chrome? Or in other browsers?

Firefox and Safari seem ok (so far).

Re: [Q] Staying logged in on Google Chrome
I've had this trouble a lot too, also with Chrome. I've deleted all cookies for this domain repeatedly, and that solves the problem for a couple of days -- then it comes back again.
There is a bright red banner at the top of each page of the forums telling me to trash my cookies -- so I assume this is on someone's radar.

Re: [Q] Staying logged in on Google Chrome
For now it is working for me on chrome but it wasn't working for a few days. I deleted board cookies and deleted all my browser cookies and that seemed to help. For now it works flawlessly on my phone (safari).

Thank you for the feedback...and keep it coming. I'm be paying attention to dcclark and thesneakymonkey's issues as I tweaked a LOT of board settings since you last dumped your cookies...so hopefully the issue goes away.

Re: [Q] Staying logged in on Google Chrome
After dumping the cookies related to this board last week, I've stayed logged in on chrome until today. Chrome saves my password for this site, so it wasn't that big of a deal to log back in.

Re: [Q] Staying logged in on Google Chrome
BIG UPDATE: After playing with the board's cookie settings and some experimenting in Google Chrome, I found that Google Chrome was redirecting me to the un-encrypted (HTTP) version of the web page. The cookie is set to only store your continious login if you connect to the website via a secure connection (HTTPS).
I modified some server settings to automatically redirect everyone to the secure connection now, so no action is required on your behalf. Anyone having problems staying persistently logged into the forums on Google Chrome should no longer have problems...
...but if you do have problems, keep posting them here.
