If you are in sub-freezing weather, watch the tubes cause they can freeze solid. Happened to me and I had a thermal one with tube insulation. What I do now is after I take a drink of water, I blow air back into the bladder to rid the tube of water. This also works on hot days as the water in the tube warms faster then in the bladder.
