Isle Royale Forums

It's that time of year again! The website hosting bill for the forums is due. Every year, we ask for people to chip in a few bucks to help pay it, so we don't have to resort to ads and what not.

So if you are willing to help, please follow the link below to donate a few bucks. We still have a few dollars left over in the kitty, so I'm going to ask that everyone limits their contributions to no more than $5 per person. It feels weird to tell people to limit how much to contribute. If you are really in a generous mood, give the forums some help with $5, then go and give the difference to this Isle Royale documentary trying to get funding.

eddy_line is exactly right. This site is a unique resource and one of the best of its kind. As we all know, there aren't exactly a ton of ISRO-related websites out there...

fonixmunkee, for folks that don't have a paypal account, do you have an alternative way to donate, a mailing address perhaps?

Thank you for all the time and effort put into this site! It helps keep the Isle fresh in my mind throughout the winter and makes me eager for the 2012 trip.

I never even noticed this before yesterday. Kind of ashamed considering without this site I probably wouldn't have been able to do my first trip back in 2010. At the very least it shaved days off of planning and probably provided better information than I could have gotten anywhere else. Easiest $5 I've spent in a long time. Better late than never I hope?

I'm wondering if the bill is due again since it's way over a year later?
