Carp on the Island
Some of you may already know this but the common carp is found around Isle Royale. I've seen them and even caught one. Chippewa Harbor and Hay Bay are locations I have seen them. You wouldn't think of carp as being a fish that would explore the icy waters of Lake Superior and end up out there. Before too long smallmouth bass are going to arrive. Tommy D.
