MV Sandy Schedule

I was looking at the MV Sandy schedule at http://rockharborlodge.com/sights. It states that there is a hidden lake/lookout louise greenstone shuttle that operates on Tuesday and Thursday for $38 per adult. However, when I scroll down to the bottom of the page it states the following:
Water Bus Service, (services offered in connection with M.V. Sandy Cruises Only):

Tuesday/Thursday:
Rock Harbor Lodge to Hidden Lake in early morning and return at 12:30pm.
$15.50/adult or child.
I am imagine that long story short is that its going to cost me $38 and not $15.50. However, could someone explain why and what this water bus service is for significantly less and why things appear to be confusing. Thanks.

It's saying you can hitch a ride on the tour boat for $15.50 (2011 prices) without taking the tour. I suppose you have to sit in the back and promise not to listen on the way over  . Funny I don't remember hearing it called "Water Bus Service" before, but I guess it makes sense--if the water taxies are taxies then it's appropriate to call the MV Sandy a bus :).

Well then I guess its time to bust out the ear plugs and sing "Mary Had a Little Lamb" out loud so I can without a doubt hear nothing. Do you really think they are suggesting this Ingo? $15.50 obviously sounds a lot better, but I do not want anyone to think I am on a covert mission to get on the MV Sandy at a discounted price and still reap the benefits of the tour. As you know my main mission is to get to Lookout Louise and the tour would just be coincidental. I am hoping that there is something else that I will miss out on so the rangers do not frown down upon me. I think I read something about a guided tour up past hidden lake to lookout louise, so perhaps if I skip out on that, it will be enough to show that my primary objective was just to hitch a ride and not to take advantage of the tour at a discounted price.
