...Just catching up on updates for everyone, and didn't see this posted...

According to the NPS website, they are currently "evaluating the program" and hope to have it return in 2016. If you applied in 2015, your application will be returned.
Don't know the rest of the story, but that's a bummer!

That might entirely be true; I was just going with what the NPS posted as a "park alert" on the main website..

Isle Royale Artist-in-Residence Program for 2015 cancelled. Any artist who submitted an application packet will have it sent back to them. We are reviewing the program and hope to have it back in place for the NPS Centennial in 2016.
