Just got tickets on the Queen for Sept 19-26. Only 7 months to wait... (oh, btw, they still have seats available
)

And daughter has her plane ticket
. Will pick her up in Detroit on my way up (I'm in NC, she's in Seattle).

Can't imagine the anticipation. The boy will be out of school before I know it, and then who knows where my hiking buddy will go.

Yeah, they grow up fast! Last time we were on I.R. together was 16 yrs ago when she was 15.
