Does anyone here have a connection to this organization? I've attempted to contact them about Amazon Smile donations, but haven't gotten a response. I changed the supported organization last year after I got a similar notification. It's a shame they didnt follow through with the required information.

I was told that the best way to get a hold of them is via Facebook. Did you try this? You can drop them a message there:

I had previously gone to their website and found 2 board members with email addresses.
