I wonder about the this location identified as "Chippewa Harbor". Something seems out of place?

This view from Lookout Louise looks more like what I remember from the mid 70's than much more recently:

For the Chippewa Harbor postcard, I think it's actually a pic of Rock Harbor Lighthouse taken from the current Caribou Island campground, with the Middle Islands in the foreground.

It is pretty obvious though, I wonder how the historian missed it.
These photos date back to just the 1950's.
