Fishing at North Desor?

We will be at North Desor for a night in mid Sept. on our way down the Minong.
And was wondering if anyone has tried shore fishing there?
Are there Pike in Desor?
All my research says Brook Trout.
any thoughts?

I've tried it twice with no luck, nothing, nothing at all.

Caught a whitefish there maybe 30 years ago.

Bob, did you put it back? If so, there's hope. Otherwise, maybe you ate the last fish in there. Just messing with you.

It tasted pretty good. Followed a gold spoon back several times before I could get it to strike.
