Based on the 4 or 5 pixels of bright white, I'm going with bald eagle too.

Then again it also resembles some of the photos I've seen from UFO sightings

Or is it the chem trail we're looking at?

I need to go back through my archives and scan them with an eye towards the sky instead of the ground.

Maybe we can get some $2-300k web cams for the island and say they're for "border security".
