Thanks for sharing John, I thought it was a good article. Boy I sure hope some friendly boaters share some fish with my freeze-dried self :)

+1 - cooked in lemon and butter would be a bonus!

Yes, bring some lemon and butter if you can and are hopeful--a little aluminum foil too. We made do with squeeze Parkay but next trip I'm going back to the stick of real butter in a squeeze tube.
