John that is absolutely amazing. I saw a couple of goldens a few days ago (at least that's what I think they were) and can't imagine them going after something like that. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing photography!!
Even more impressive that a bird of prey (even though Goldens are big) would go after something of that size.

That is truly amazing. I didn't realize Golden Eagles were quite that big (thank you for the reference photo, Backpacker534). I might never feel safe outside again!
