Lockers and Storage
Is there lockers or storage area for personnel supplies while you are hiking at Rock Harbor? This would be used to place clean clothes and toiletries for the boat ride back to the mainland.

Yes, the lodge at Rock Harbor will hold bags for you. Check with them for current prices, but when we did it a couple years ago it was about $3/day/bag. If there are two of you, it makes sense to squeeze everything into a single bag.
The Wendigo store will also hold bags, but again there is a per day charge for each bag.
Most trips when I return to Rock Harbor I just purchase a new t-shirt, then buy a couple shower tokens. Seems like it was an extra $1.50 to get a clean towel and a travel size bar of soap & small shampoo. Well worth it to be clean for the ride home!

Re: Lockers and Storage
The lodge office is a small building around the harbor, a few hundred yards from the ferry dock. They held our extra bag for like 9 days and charged us for every day, including the first and last, and we even had a room in the lodge the last night. So, keep in mind, if you check a bag with the lodge it is $X per day including the day you give it to them and the day you pick it up. For example, if you check a bag at 3 pm on Wed and pick it up at 9 am on Thursday, that's two days.
If you plan to pass back by the same way returning to RH, you might consider caching these items off-trail someplace safe.
