Yes, the whole island is in the Eastern Time Zone--it will be Daylight Savings time for most, if not all, of the season.
HOWEVER, the Voyageur II and Wenonah out of Grand Portage run on CENTRAL Time. All their scheduled times are central, regardless of whether it's on the island or the mainland.
