Put some hot water in your cup (especially if it's metal) before you put your hot coffee in it. Pre-heating the cup for hot coffee keeps it warmer longer.
I've always heard of this, but never tried it. This weekend while camping Lake Superior's North Shore, I did it because of the chilly morning...the last thing I wanted was my Costa Rican blend having its flavor sapped from the cold. It worked great!
