If they are not on Lake Superior, they wont have shelters.

More specifically the rule appears to be that the only campgrounds with shelters are those that have docks on Lake Superior, as Lane Cove and Little Todd Harbor both lack shelters despite being on the Big Lake.conmcb25 wrote:If they are not on Lake Superior, they wont have shelters.

Makes sense, as the materials for construction/maintenance of the shelters would be very difficult to transport by other means than a motorboat. Imagine lugging all that lumber 12 miles by trail to North Desor, for example.

There is one exception to that more correct rule. Hay Bay has a dock on Lake Superior but no shelters.
