Red Flag Warning on IR (6/18/21)

Post by johnhens »

If you are going to IR, there is a Red Flag Warning for the Island. Consider othere means of cooking if you plan on cooking over a fire as they may be banned.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures and
exceptionally dry fuels will create dangerous wildland fire
conditions. Campfires, outdoor grills, smoking materials, chain
saws, and all-terrain vehicles all have the potential to throw a
spark and ignite a dangerous and destructive fire.

Didn’t see any notices at Moskey or Daisy Farm. It was breezy and rained a little on Friday.
