Pleasant read.
Three things of note,
It does not seem possible for any boat or plane to comply with the strict reading of the decontamination procedure.
Face masks, aside from public transportation, are not required for fully vaxed.
The back country distance to lake or streams for camping is 100 ft without a statement of visible or not.
